Last Monday, we had lunch at Cafe Antonio; went on a campus tour of UPLB; visited Rina Tan de Luna's organic garden in CVM and OJ Gomez's livestock farm in Collegeville; had dinner at Big D's ramen house; and finally coffee at Cafe Antonio (again) with Drei H. Castillo
Hope Flaviano (from the Philippines) and Janeth Alvarez Gil (from Colombia) are MBA students from the Vlerick Business School in Belgium. They are doing a study on Good Food Community for their thesis.
On Tuesday, Hope and Janeth together with Good Food Community's Drei, helped me harvest vegetables at Kainos Farm for this week's CSA delivery.
After that we went to Bay to visit Tara Farms.
